Dry-lining­

We can provide a full range of dry-lining solutions. Plaster boarding over stud walls, brickwork or ceilings that require it in your home. Once dry-lined the area can then be skimmed and made ready for decorating. Dry-lining, once installed can be an ideal method for dividing or partitioning rooms off.

Plastering and Skimming­

We can also offer an excellent plastering service. If you have internal walls that are in poor condition and wouldn’t benefit from being lined. Then the next option is to have them re-plastered or skimmed. This is the application of a finishing plaster known in the trade as a ‘two coat skim’ over walls and ceilings. The result is a smooth surface which is ready for painting or papering in a few days.

Rendering­

External or Internal Rendering. This is the application of a sand and cement mix to exposed brickwork which offers a good impermeable surface. Internally, outward facing walls are rendered, internal facing walls are bonded. Rendering a wall consists of the application of two layers, firstly the scratch coat which offers the second layer a flat and even surface and also a good key. The second coat is rubbed down to complete a quality finished surface.
